  • 1/2 Kg mussels
  • 1/2 Kg clams
  • 10 U gamberi (gamberi rossi (red shrimp))
  • 3 U squid
  • 1/10 KG tomatoes (cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 spoon Olive oil (to taste)
  • 2 pinches salt (to taste)
  • 1 pinches pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
    step 1
  1. Prepare the Seafood

    Soak and clean the mussels and clams:

    • Soak them in cold, lightly salted water for 30 minutes to eliminate sand. Rinse under running water.

    Clean the squid:

    • Remove the tentacles and empty the bodies. Rinse and cut into rings.

    Peel the gamberi rossi:

    • Reserve the meat for the tartare and the shells for the sauce
