8 eggs
1 large onion
½ red bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
4 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves

100 g stuffed olives
Preparation Steps:
- Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and finely chop them.
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut the pulp into large pieces.

Cooking Instructions :
